We believe it is the most important resource a person can have and it is something worth working hard to achieve. When you have self confidence and you believe in yourself, you are able to create the life that you want to live in enabling you to live a safer, happier and healthier life. At Cambridge Kung Fu we teach in a relaxed and friendly way. When you are training with us it is your time off, your time to enjoy yourself, so we do not want to make your life more stressful. We teach in a positive way, our society is filled with stressful situations we want to make your training time a relaxing experience. This does not mean that you will not work hard just that you can move at your own pace, whether that is fast or slow and that we want to support your progress not undermine your self esteem. |
