"Academy Martial Arts has been running since 1995 and now has an impressive 5500 sq ft full time facility with over 200 students. Our childrens age specific programmes have been designed in conjunction with paediatricians, doctors and child psychologists to help improve our childrens physical and mental well being. Our adults program is a synthesis of several martial arts: Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, Boxing and Ju Jitsu are put together meaning you get the practical parts of these different arts enabling you to get fitter than ever before, and with violent crime forever on the rise you can have peace of mind knowing that you have the skills to protect yourself and your loved ones.
