We are a friendly camp which caters for all levels. We also have annual training trips out to Thailand. All training is held in a safe environment and we promote fitness, self defence and confidence. Kids classes are available too.

25 years training in the Martial Arts. Chief Instructor of Dynamite Fighting Systems, Thai Boxing coach and referee, 1st degree black sash in Shaolin Kung Fu, 1st degree black belt in Kick Boxing. Qualified self defence instructor. Qualified first aider and CRB cleared.
