Tai Chi Corner is a Tai Chi Chuan center for the Columbus Ohio community where people gather on a common journey which promotes stress management, health maintenance and self defense through the cultivation of Tai Chi Chuan and Water Style Boxing.

These exercises are designed for ANYONE from ANY SYSTEM to simply learn how to

remove the target that your opponent is trying to attack; whether the person is trying

to strike, grapple, throw or lock."
