Warwick Tai Chi offers a complete body/mind program in the art of Tai Chi from basic to advanced classes. Study is based on Yang style T’ai Chi Ch’uan and includes ongoing classes in T’ai Chi form, T’ai Chi sword, T’ai Chi push hands and applications, chi kung, meditation, and philosophy. Warwick Tai Chi is a Black Sash school and offers sash ranking to those who are interested.

Four Components of T’ai Chi: Physical Exercise, Martial Art, Moving Meditation, Healing Art; Understanding all the components will help you strengthen you life.
