UNIFIED TAE KWON DO (UTKD) is an organization of schools and instructors that work together, follow the same organizational guidelines, teach the same techniques and have the same purposes and goals. The goals include teaching and helping the student to set and attain goals of both mental and physical self-improvement while maintaining a respectable, pleasant atmosphere in an environment where everyone works toward achieving the goals of each individual.

UTKD SCHOOLS are formed and directed under the leadership of Grandmaster B.K.Park, one of the founders of UTKD.

Grandmaster B.K.Park's qualifications and achievements include:

    * 9th Degree Black Belt

    * Co-Founder of Unified Tae Kwon Do

    * Over 40 years teaching experience in Korea, Taiwan, and different parts of the United States.

    * More than two thousand black belt students to his credit in the United States.

    * Member of ROK Army All star team.

    * Korean National Champion 1965 & 1967.

    * Special Award granted at the 1967 National Team Competition.

    * President's Cup for best technique and most skilled fighter in attendance.

Unlike many modern day instructors of the martial arts, Grandmaster B.K.Park has dedicated his entire life to the practice and teaching of his art. This dedication is apparent in the achievement of his students."
