One of the most effective plyometric exercises that can be done is to make use of a bosu ball and a partner. To start, your partner tosses a medicine ball to you,say 2-4 kg, you catch it, immediately toss it back, and quickly jump from the bosu ball to the floor and back up again before the next toss comes your way.You will find that from the hips to the bottoms of your feet that you are screaming to remain balanced and as well react to the incoming ball and sending it out again. The beauty of this is that you are building your hand and arm reaction time as well as the feet and legs.
