Hey, just a quick message. Thanks for the support in joining up and getting involved. Although development work of the site has been ongoing for a year now - and that we had a soft launch in January the forums are just starting to take off.

I have to disagree that Taiji is "lagging behind Pilates and Yoga", in that it is not the same thing. Tai Chi is a martial art, that can have benefits to health and spirituality. To equate it to Yoga or Pilates, which have no martial heritage, is to completely misunderstand the art that is Tai Chi Chuan.
