| Hobbies & Interests: | Michael de Acevedo is a certified Kettlebell instructor, coached and approved by both World Champion Valery Fedorenko (Head Coach of the American Kettlebell Club) and also the world renown Steve Cotter (Creator of FullKontact.com and the authoritative Encyclopedia of Kettlebell Lifting DVD series). He is also a practitioner and coach of combat sports and martial arts such as Western boxing, Thai boxing, Jun Fan Gung Fu and Jun Fan Kickboxing and Kali/Filipino arts, with more than 15 years of experience. Michael combines his knowledge as a martial artist, athlete and personal trainer to consult, design and supervise programs for anyone, be they general individuals or professionals, that take their health and training seriously. Throughout his life, Michael continues to learn, research and put into practice the most effective training methods to improve his martial arts performance, increase his strength and conditioning and any other fitness aspect.
