| About My School: | My school is called Karate-Jitsu Bushi Ryu and is based in South West London. Classes include breakfalls, ground fighting, bunkai and real self-defence. Students are introduced to basic self-defence applications from their first class and have to learn the self defence head to toe. Kata has been taken from the different styles of karate. |
