| About My School: | JKD-Gym is a new and different martial arts experience based around fitness and basic training. There are no gradings, instead students are encouraged to develop themselves through continual goal setting and assesment drills (assessing themselves that is). The club is basically a group of people who come together once a week to train the stuff they love. Basic syllabus covers boxing, muay thai, bjj and most importantly fitness. Our motto: "Here to Train" |
