| About My School: | I currently run L.A.Kickboxing based in Southport, specicalising in women and childrens self defence and am in the process of writing a grant proposal to help me buy premises and set up my own fully equipped martial arts school. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated as i also work full time as a fitness intructor and finding time to fit everything in sometimes is a bit difficult, but hey i love a challenge. |
