Samael	Created On: 04-12-07 16:45:00 I've started teaching my wife to box as a starting point for training more advanced and aggressive tactics. Geoff Thompson's book 'The Fence' is my next order from Amazon to add to the syllabus. Read the blurb on that book and I'm sure you'll be impressed with the theory. There is a training course called City Extreme. You go to Poland and learn to fight in an urban environment. One of the exercises is holding onto a gun barrel while it is fired - away from you obviously - so you get used to the feeling. I think that constructive realism. See Wall-To-Wall
