Martial Arts Background
| Main Styles: | Very basic ninjutsu and a hybrid form of kung fu based the core five animals and hung gar techniques as well as basic wing tsun techiques and basic shaolin 'long fist' forms. |
| Why I Love Martial Arts: | It is a way to keep fit, defend yourself and open your mind to many different cultures. |
| How I Started: | I first did Jiu jutsu when i was eight. |
