How I Started:	Age 14....Gotta give the credit to Bruce himself ;)
Current Goal:	Contineous learning.....I no longer worry too much about what is effective and what isn't. It's more about recognition of what is and isn't.

Been havin a good look through the site today since its my day off 'n I've decided to spend it resting since I'm grading for my brown stripe belt (Taekwondo) tommora at noon (07.09.09). Bit nervous, but I'm sure it'll go ok!?! Was hoping to find some other martial arts enthusiasts from South West Scotland or thereabouts on the site but I guess you're a little further away than that, huh? See Wall-To-Wall
