| About My School: | Passmore's Self Defense is a Christ centered self-defense school which was started in an effort to teach self defense as an attitude and behavior as well as physical self defense. It focuses on Emotional as well as Physical defenses; such as: setting and enforcing boundaries, recognizing con games, dating self defense, etc. We have stuck with the highest quality of instruction and behavior as set down by my early training in the Allen Steen dynasty. As an interpreter for the deaf, I have trained several deaf as well as hearing students to black belt. In 2007, we promoted our 100th black belt. In Feb. 2008, we will begin a 2 hour Friday night ministry LIFE HURTS, GOD HEALS in Waco. This national program provides our teens with every opportunity to "deal with" real life issues (sex, drugs, depression, pornography, etc). Our training is a combination of learning to defend onesself emotionally from outside influences, internally from our own thoughts & behaviors, and physically from assault. |
