Martial Arts Background
| Main Styles: | Shotokan Karate with a smattering of Ju-jitsu and Lao Gar (sic) Kung Fu. I've also just started taking Tai Chi lessons too. |
| Why I Love Martial Arts: | Because it was what I should have been doing all my life |
| How I Started: | A friend asked me to come to a class which had just started in my village |
