Martial Arts Background

Main Styles:	Tiger and White Crane Kungfu Shuang Yang (White Crane Tai Chi)
Why I Love Martial Arts:	It has changed my life. Kungfu is my life. I think Kungfui and most other martial arts are eye openers: you will see and understand things that you would not have before. My favourite thing about the art that I study are the "eureka" moments
How I Started:	Got really ill, thought that I had to do something to keep me fit and increase my knowledge and experience, the rest as they say is history!
Current Goal:	First goal is to pass my grading for Children Instructor (training has just started and will take a while!). Other goals?...I will cross those bridges when I come to them
How would Bruce Lee have described you?:	Nick is attentive, respectful,strong, quick and very good at sparring! ; -)

I never tire of reading about Fang Chi Niang and how she founded the Crane system. Love it!
