Awards & Accomplishments:	Achieved black belt in 2001 and 2nd dan 2003.Entered world cup 2001 in Poland and world championships in Miami 2002. Have won bronze and silver in Scottish, English, North England, BTC and British championships.

I tried to do both but it didn't quite work - next time I will do either one or the other but at least I got my t-shirt. I'm not sure what the lady's name was who I fought in the final but she has been to squad a couple of time. The book is coming on, in fact I'm going to have a stab at another chapter tonight. I wish I had more time to do this though but my day job pays the bills! See Wall-To-Wall
